This was the perfect place to stay with family! The large and clean swimming pool was a big hit with both kids and adults, and the location is ideal — close to beautiful waterfalls and various local attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. What stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made our stay feel truly special. The hotel is also connected to the ski resort, making it a great destination all year round — skiing in the winter and relaxing nature escapes in the summer. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to start the day right. If you’re planning a trip to Quebec City, I highly recommend considering this place — it’s a gem for both rest and adventure.

We just left and have to say that we didn’t want to leave. This is by far the best Marriott hotel we have had the pleasure to stay in ( maybe the best hotel we’ve stayed in Canada too even compared to many more expensive hotels). To start, the staff is amazing, welcoming and so considering. We were arriving late because of our flight and arrived realizing the hotel gave us a wonderful upgrade that really cheered us up. The room itself was amazingly decorated, huge with everything we need. It’s so nice that I think I could just stay in the room for a full day. Lastly, we enjoyed the outdoor pool so much. Two day wasn’t enough for us and I should have booked more nights. Everything was fantastic. We absolutely love our stay and thanks to everyone that made our stay that great. Thank you!

We had a fantastic family trip here in early October. The autumn colors were stunning and the surroundings were beautiful. Our room was huge and very cozy—perfect for a family. We also loved the outdoor thermal pool; it was so warm and relaxing. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Quebec!

A Perfect Getaway – We Can’t Wait to Come Back! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely stunning—spacious, impeccably clean, and stocked with every convenience we could possibly need. The attention to detail was clear throughout the entire resort. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was perfect. Whether it was breakfast, a cozy dinner, or late-night drinks, everything was spot-on. We also enjoyed the spa, especially the outdoor hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. It was serene, clean, and beautifully maintained. A huge thank you to Danielle, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. I would also like to thank Emile at the bar for his hard work and determination! They ran out of the maple coffee liqueur that I love (Cabot trail) but still managed to make a delicious shot to pair with my iced coffee with what they had in stock. Every single staff member greeted us as we passed by, with a hello, goodmorning or “hope you have a great day”. Which we loved ! Our only regret? Not booking more nights. We’ll definitely be back—already planning our return for ski season. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service.

My family loves this hotel. We return every year. We live the pools, and nordik heated pools too. Very therapeutic. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. We love that we had a balcony. Each night we could see shooting stars and enjoy the mountain views. The rooms are spacious. Live the kitchenette and dining space in the room. This hotel is a yearly get away for us. See you next year.

We were very impressed with the breakfast buffet, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall upscale atmosphere of the whole resort. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very quick to supply a requested crib for our toddler. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight, with plenty of options available. Bacon, sausage, and jam were all available, as well as multiple egg options. Fruit was offered whole, spiced, and as fruit salad, and they even had multiple cheeses and multiple Pastry options. There was a patio bar which had a great atmosphere and a live DJ, and the restaurant food was well prepared and appropriately priced. It felt like a true 5 star experience without breaking the bank. We had a generous portion of beef tartare, which was very fresh tasting, and an excellent confit duck leg (although I typically prefer mine to be more "fall off the bone, it was excellent nonetheless). I would note the mattresses are definitely on the softer side, so if you're used to a firm mattress, it's something to consider.

This hotel is in a great location, and we came in the summer. It's quiet and has great amenities—it’s quieter than Whistler, BC. I have been a Marriott member, and this is one of my go-to hotels.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, this hotel is completely renovated and modern inside. We got the 2 bedroom condo and really enjoyed our stay. Room is very new and clean. They gave a lot of towels, we had a washing machine and dryer in our room. Nice little kitchen and also balcony. They have two nice warm pool outside which we really enjoyed as well. Breakfast was not included so be prepared to pay, it was about $30 per person. Parking was really convenient too, not too far of a walk. Only thing was to our surprise, our room is quite far from the elevator of the main lobby so we had to drag our luggage till the end, this could also be because the condominium rooms are much further than the regular rooms. Overall such an amazing stay, truly a 4 star hotel. Always love Marriott hotels and this is one location I’ll add to my list to come back when I visit Quebec City.
